Student Letting

Since the launch of our scheme in 1975, we have provided Landlord insurance for Student residences. We managed to persuade insurers to approach the subject with an open mind and have been able to provide continual cover even during the times when finding insurance for this type of risk was difficult.

Our property team understands the individual need of the Student landlord and consequently we have been able to integrate specialist covers, and make allowances for the longer than usual periods of unoccupancy that these properties have.
